Being single and childless not by choice and over 40 brings a lot of heartache and pain. We're living a life we didn't intend to live and yet we're here and have to navigate our way forward.
Society will tell us that it's because of who we are or because of something we've done. We know that's not true, yet unwriting these narratives can take time and energy.
This intentions workshop is geared to help you take steps forward so that you can live the life you're living as well as you can. It's here to support you to find what brings you joy, peace and love so that you can enjoy your days.
